Where do you live and work? What's it like living and working there? For the first time, I'm living in a Latin country. I have been in Mexico for almost one year and three months. The market is good. I have had a lot of commercials and video work.
Can you tell us about your modelling career? When I was at school, a teacher told me about a modelling agency, but I never thought about this career. My first casting was for a commercial in Brazil for a university campaign in Brasilia. After that, I focused on improving myself. I left my psychology college to travel. I love my job especially travelling. I have the opportunity to know different cultures and make new friends. I have been modelling for 11 years. I see that many things have changed, but I'm sure I have made the right choice. [Laughs]
Who are your favourite photographer that you've worked with? Wong Sim because he is a very special person and a unique photographer. My first body shots I did was with him. Whenever I have the opportunity, I will try to do a shoot with him. Another photographer is Victor Nechar. All those years of travelling, I have met several good photographers, but for me, he is the new generation of fashion photographers.
Over the years you've been modelling, what are the biggest changes that you've noticed in the male modelling industry? There were many changes. There's always something new. I believe that now it is no longer just a question of vital statistics and blue eyes. I believe the fashion market now has a mixture of all population and social classes.
How do you stay fit? It's a secret. [Laughs] I workout two or three times a day, It all depends on my day. I have always done sport since I was young. My father has an influence on it. When I eat, I think about nutrition in my body, and l never eat without knowing what I'm consuming.
