HER REFLECTION
“I made this editorial in a town in Mexico, a different editorial work that focused more on the use of natural materials and recycling, even rental clothing. In these times of change I think that the solution to avoid pollution by fast fashion is necessary to have solutions, I have hope in the new materials that come from plants and are pleasant with the environment famine, I think it would be a great solution for today. This editorial is made with that approach and with the use of village accessories in support of our silver artisans. Thread embroidered earrings.Rental apparel.Pieces made of nopal skin.Nopal: cactus plant with very fleshy stems formed by a series of oval paddles with spines representing the leaves, large flowers with many petals and edible fruit.”We did an editorial inspired by a strong and free woman, we show a free photoshoot trying to show that you can do a good job without luxury brands or brands of fast fashion that is our intention to become a fashion use pieces of a bazaar or your grandparents clothing always trying not to pollute but fashion is more that only luxury brands fashion is a change. Fashion is not bad, we just need to change the path of presentation. Fashion is a universal language that has influenced the world since the documentation of human existence, is transformed, mold and evolved.” – Jesus Rios Cozzetto, stylist
