MY FAKE BOYFRIEND (USA) 2022

Why do I like it? Why do I recommend it?

This was a fun movie from start to finish. I guess the main reason I enjoyed it was that they had a fun fresh take in doing a rom-com in a modern way. They did a great job highlighting the power of social media fame, the struggle with leaving a toxic relationship, catfishing, and finding true love when you least expect it. In a world that can be filled with liars and deceivers it’s important to stay in your truth and in your lane. I know this movie received mixed reviews but give it a try!

Excellent performance by Keiynan Lonsdale(The Flash, I love Simon), Dylan Sprouse(The Suite life of Zack and Cody), Samer Salem(The Boys), Marcus Rosner(Arrow), Sarah Hyland(Modern Family).
