DIGITAL PDF PRODUCTS ARE DESIGNED FOR USE WITH DIGITAL DEVICES AND NOT FOR PRINTING. ALL PRINT-ON-DEMAND SALES ARE PERFORMED BY OUR ASSOCIATE DISTRIBUTORS, PEECHO B.V. AND GUMROAD INC.
So you placed a print-on-demand order on the Peecho checkout link?
The order will most likely go directly to the print queue at one of the Peecho printing partners. Unfortunately, the printing partners charge handling fees even if the order does not get put to the press. This means that costs are made and that you are not able to cancel the order anymore. Since your product is being printed only because you ordered it (print-on-demand), Peecho and its partners are not able to sell it to another customer. Therefore, a refund can’t be issued.
Will I receive a tracking number for the shipment?
Peecho’s printing partners have contracts with shipping carriers around the globe, including both courier and regular mail carriers. Once production is concluded and the items are packed and ready for collection by the shipping company, an automated shipping confirmation will be sent to the email account that was filled in on the checkout form. If there is a tracking number available, it will be included in the confirmation. Such tracking numbers can take 1-2 days to start displaying the location of the shipment.
Will I incur customs fees?
Please beware that customs of your destination country may charge custom fees and / or declaration rights on the recipient of an order. Peecho and its partners are not responsible for any of these surcharges done by customs during transport and delivery.
What if I don’t receive my order?
Because all products are produced on demand, the delivery estimate depends on both production time and shipping.
– Paperbacks and magazines are usually ready for dispatch in 4 working days.
– Hardcover books usually take up to 4 working days to manufacture.
Shipping in Western Europe can usually take 2-5 business days outside of peak seasons. Shipping to Eastern Europe and the US can usually take about 5-7 business days outside of peak seasons. The rest of the world may usually take up to 10 days or more.
If you don’t receive your order, contact Peecho (email: [email protected] ) as soon as possible to remedy this. If the missing order is not located, Peecho will usually re-print and send your order to you at no additional cost.
Can I return my order?
Since your product is being printed only because you ordered it (print-on-demand), Peecho and its partners are not able to sell it to another customer. Therefore, a refund can’t be issued. However, if the order is delivered and received in a damaged condition, Peecho may be able to re-print and send your order to you at no additional cost. In the event of receiving a damaged order, contact Peecho (email: [email protected] ) as soon as possible to remedy this. Peecho guarantee the quality of the physical aspects of their products. Because Peecho use multiple factories in several regions, minor differences may occur across products printed by different printing partners – even for the same product. Peecho don’t proof, edit or change images, texts or other assets provided by HUF Magazine. HUF Magazine and Peecho will not be held responsible for any flaws relating to misspellings, grammatical errors, image quality faults and other content related issues. Under no circumstances, including negligence, shall Peecho be liable for any damages that result from the use of or inability to use their services. Notwithstanding, exclusive remedies for all damage and loss shall not exceed the aggregate dollar amount which were paid directly to Peecho for the production and distribution of the damaged products.
