Paul Karmiryan

Born and raised in Los Angeles, California, Paul Karmiryan’s career as a performer has taken him all over the world. He began dancing at the age of 17. In his first three years of training, he became a national champion of Latin ballroom and was crowned winner of So You Think You Can Dance, Armenia. Then, in 2013, he went on to place the position of 3rd top male dancer on So You Think You Can Dance, USA. Thereather, he took part in “Dancing with the Stars” Season 20 and its national tour, and Derek and Julliane Hough’s “Move” Tour. Alkan Emin

Born in Canada and raised in Cyprus, Australia, and Canada, Alkan Emin studied English, Art History, and theatre before becoming a fashion photographer. Alkan lived in Beijing and Hong Kong before settling back in Toronto, where he keeps a busy schedule shooting for his North American, European, and Asian editorial and advertising clients. His work has been published in many national and international publications. He has also been nominated for a National Magazine Award in Canada for Cover of the Year. In this exclusive interview with HUF Magazine, Alkan tells us how he went from being in front of the camera to behind it. He also tells us how he feels about the photography industry in the West and the East.

Saim Ghani

Saim Ghani is a professional fashion designer and illustrator based in Calcutta, India. He is currently a senior designer at Anamika Khanna, one of the leading fashion designers of India. Graduated from the National Institute of Fashion Technology, Saim’s design often inspired by shapes, forms, prints and colours. His style also shows through his illustrations, which always involved fashion as well as Indian mythology references to create god hybrids.
